Adriana Torres

Adriana earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including university counseling centers, private practice, and inpatient care.

Her clinical experience includes supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Adriana approaches counseling from an integrative and person-centered framework, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She strives to create a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward growth and self-acceptance.

Adriana is passionate about providing culturally responsive and inclusive care to individuals from all backgrounds. She values authenticity, compassion, and connection in her work and believes in meeting clients where they are while helping them build tools for long-term emotional wellness.

Outside of her clinical work, Adriana enjoys expressing her creativity through designing jewelry and accessories that promote self-expression, community, and mental health awareness.
