Annabeth Berry

Annabeth began her journey as a teacher, with over 10 years of experience working with children and adults of all demographics and abilities. She later transitioned to working with animals, a path that deepened her appreciation for the incredible role that time, nature, and presence play in healing and happiness. Guided by curiosity, Annabeth carried the lessons nature taught her into her work as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She discovered that people, much like the natural world, need slow, intentional spaces to open up, be seen, be heard, and grow. Her goal is to create that kind of space for her clients, so that you or your child can explore, reflect, and move toward healing.

Annabeth works with children (4–12 years old) and adults, walking alongside her clients as they navigate life’s uncertainties related to anxiety, grief, relationships, chronic illness, self-awareness, and LGBTQ+ and other minority experiences. For parents, she also provides child therapy and parent–child interaction therapy to strengthen communication and connection at home.

Annabeth’s approach is grounded in client-centered care, drawing from a range of modalities, including: somatic-based practices, Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to meet each client where they are and at a pace that feels right for them.

For Annabeth, healing isn’t about “fixing" who you are; it’s about rediscovering your voice, reclaiming your story, and reconnecting with your inherent value.
