Brandi Wadley
Brandi Wadley (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from University of Central Florida. Brandi has experience working in primary and secondary educational settings as well as ten years working in non-for-profit community outpatient settings. She has worked with a wide range of age groups, specializing in issues related to depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions/adjustment issues, perinatal and maternal mental health, ADHD, attachment, self-exploration and personal growth.
Brandi's fundamental approach in counseling is using a strengths-based perspective and a person-centered approach to build healthy connecting relationships, both inside and outside of the counseling space. Brandi utilizes a combination of evidenced based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, skills training and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy to meet the needs and goals of each client.
In Brandi's free time, she is a wife and mom of two boys. You will often find her on the soccer field watching her boys play or at Disney, bounding as her favorite characters, while eating all the fun Mickey treats. She loves crafting and being creative. Brandi loves exploring, adventure, hiking, being in nature and traveling. As well as attending concerts, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Above all Brandi believes that creating healthy and loving connections with others is one of the most valuable and important skills to learn and experience on this journey called life.
