Diandra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Psychology before receiving her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
Diandra is a compassionate therapist who believes in the power of connection to support women on their healing journey. She offers a safe and non-judgmental space for women to explore and address anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, and challenges related to life transitions such as divorce, new motherhood, pregnancy, college, and new relationships.

Drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family systems therapy, Diandra offers an integrative approach to therapy, creating a personalized plan that empowers you to achieve your therapeutic goals. Outside of therapy, Diandra loves spending time with her family and dogs, reading romance and fantasy, traveling, watching baking TV shows, and gardening.
