Kayla Eouse
Kayla is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who graduated from Rollins College with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in working with individuals and families navigating mental health and relational challenges. Her clinical focus includes challenges with mood and emotions, adverse life experiences, substance use concerns, maternal mental health, and family dynamics. Kayla places an emphasis on building resilience, fostering emotional regulation, and supporting long-term growth. Drawing from her background in yoga and somatic practices, she integrates mind–body approaches that help clients reconnect with themselves and develop healthier ways of relating to others. Kayla is especially passionate about bridging traditional therapy with somatic modalities, empowering her clients to cultivate both psychological insight and embodied healing.
As a therapist, Kayla brings warmth, curiosity, and a grounding presence to her work. She believes in creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and challenged in ways that encourage meaningful change. Her approach is integrative and holistic, weaving together evidence-based interventions with mindfulness and movement-based practices to address the unique needs of each person.
