Sarah Clode

Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in College and University Counseling from Rollins College. Sarah is a born and raised Florida girl and studied Psychology and Spanish at Florida State University.

Through her work, Sarah focuses on empowering her clients to recognize how societal, cultural, political, and overall expectations impact their well-being and notice the need for change- not just adjustments. Sarah works from an intersectional lens with her clients to de-stigmatize their shame, guilt, and fear to cultivate and create lasting growth. Sarah has experience working with adolescents, college and university students, young adults, adults, and couples who struggle with a variety of presenting challenges such as: adjustment issues, relational issues, eating disorders, body issues, gender and sexuality issues, LGBTQIA+ challenges, and personality disorders.

When she’s not in the office, Sarah can be found outside in the sun. She loves hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, playing with her pup, and finding new places for an iced americano.
