Eli George

Eli graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Psychology before continuing on with his alma mater and earning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology.

Throughout his time in the mental health field, Eli has worked with clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief/loss, emotional dysregulation, adjustment concerns, and interpersonal issues.

Believing that everyone has a story to tell and the right to be heard, Eli strongly believes in developing a safe and collaborative space that works best for the client and attaining their goals. Rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, that space is in part created from a demonstration of empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard towards the client. While having drawn from different therapeutic treatments, Eli most utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to assist the client in gaining insight into themselves, as well as to treat the presenting problem.

Outside of the office, Eli enjoys spending time at the gym, playing sports, and rooting for his favorite teams, the New Orleans Saints and the Boston Celtics.
