Natalia Richards

Natalia Richards is a graduate of Rollins College with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over six years in the field of mental health she has a deep passion for the field and for the people she serves.

Natalia’s goal is to empower each client by working collaboratively to identify their inner strengths and abilities while taking steps towards becoming their overall best selves. Working with all age groups, Natalia takes on an integrative approach to counseling which incorporates a multicultural outlook and attention to the familial system amongst other theories. She is well versed in a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, anger resolution, health challenges, trauma, adjustment, and relational difficulties. Natalia specializes in couples and family counseling to include blended families, divorce, infidelity, and parenting difficulties.

Natalia is a Florida native who enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves reading, watching movies, and traveling. Her favorite quote is, “this too shall pass,” and her goal is to help her clients’ find comfort in that statement.
